A five course dinner prepared by Chefs Claudia Fleming (The North Fork Table & Inn), Angie Mar (The Beatrice Inn), Alfred Portale (Gotham Bar and Grill), Michael Schwartz (The Genuine Hospitality Group), and Bill Telepan (Oceana) to support the work of WITS, a national non-profit that inspires healthy eating and fitness as a way of life for kids in public schools.
